Corporate law changes through legislation, court decisions, SEC rules, forms, filing systems and official announcements. We correct material errors promptly and record significant updates where they affect the reader’s decision.
What to report
- An inaccurate legal proposition or citation
- A superseded rule, form, fee or filing route
- A broken official-source link
- A missing qualification that could change the outcome
- A technical problem with a tool or checklist
Correction process
- Reproduce and verify the issue.
- Review the controlling authority.
- Correct the affected claim and connected pages.
- Update the verification date and, when material, explain what changed.
Provide the page URL, disputed statement and official source when submitting a correction.
